Using this template
This template uses the continuous layout: every week is a row and the months follow on without gaps, so a plan that crosses the end of a month stays in one piece. Month names run down the side, with a line where each month begins.
Change the dates to cover a quarter or a whole year, or set how many weeks go on each page.
