Using this template
Notes sit on the right to start with. Under Style, Writing area moves them to the top, bottom or left, changes the lines to a checklist, dots or a grid, and sets how much of the page they take.
Like every template, it prints free in Letter, A4 or a custom size, and the dates can cover a single month or a whole year.
